1. Data Controller

This Privacy Policy has been prepared by Meka Kimya (hereinafter "Radiance" or the "Company") within the scope of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698). Company address: Pancarlı Mah. 58003 Sk. No:15 Şehitkamil / Gaziantep.

2. Personal Data Collected

Through the contact form, the quote / sample request form and career applications on our website, we process your name, surname, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and message. In the case of career applications, the data contained in your CV may also be processed.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes: (a) responding to your contact enquiries, (b) evaluating and fulfilling your quote and sample requests, (c) evaluating career applications, (d) fulfilling legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis

Your personal data is processed on the following legal grounds: your explicit consent for contact and quote / sample request purposes, the establishment of a contract for recruitment processes, and the fulfilment of legal obligations.

5. Data Transfers

Your personal data is not sold, rented out or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It may only be shared with authorised public authorities where legally required. We use reliable service providers for our e-mail infrastructure, and these providers are subject to the requirements of the KVKK.

6. Retention Period

Contact and quote / sample request data is deleted within 30 days of the date of a deletion request. Career application data is retained for a maximum of 2 years from the completion of the evaluation process.

7. Security Measures

SSL encryption, access restrictions and secure storage methods are applied to keep your data safe. In the event of a data security breach, the relevant parties are notified within the periods prescribed by the KVKK.

8. Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights: (a) to learn whether your personal data is being processed, (b) to request information if it has been processed, (c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose, (d) to learn the third parties to whom the data has been transferred, in Türkiye or abroad, (e) to request correction if the data has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, (f) to request its erasure or destruction, (g) to request that processing be restricted, (h) data portability.
